Our return/exchange policy:

  • We don't offer refunds at this time.
  • We do offer exchanges if you want the same design on a different size.
  • You are responsible for a 8% restocking fee, shipping costs, any applicable taxes associated with returning items, and the re-shipment of new items to you.
  • Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Replacements will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused
  • There is a limit of one exchange per order. (e.g. no replacements for replacements)
  • We will not re-ship returned items for any reason.
  • We only offer exchanges for customers in the US at this time.
  • The majority of returned shirts will be donated to help the less fortunate in Northern California.

How to exchange (3 steps):

  1. Figure out what items/sizes you need.
    • Use the size guide. (Also found on every product page)
  2. Place a special order for the replacement items.
    • Follow the instructions here.
  3. Return your items needing exchanged.
    • Somewhere clearly visible on the outside of the package, write RMA:XXXXX where the X's is your order number. You can find this in the order confirmation email you should have received from us.

That's it. After we've received both your replacement order and the returned items, we will ship out your new order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when it's in the mail.
