Return & Refund Policy
- We do not currently offer refunds as our products are made when ordered.
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, you are welcome to make an exchange for a different size by following our exchange policy and instructions below.
- If a product you have received is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange replacements to be sent out and any returns to be collected at our expense.
- Any concerns in regards to the items received need to be addressed prior to being worn or washed.
- All funds that are to be refunded will be returned to the same form of payment used and usually within several business days.
- If an order cannot be delivered to the address you provided and is returned to us for any reason, you are responsible for the costs of re-shipment. You will need to contact us with the new address you would like it shipped to. We will provide you with an invoice for the new postage costs that you will need to pay. These costs will vary depending on the items ordered and destination of where they are being shipped to. Orders will not be refunded if you decline to pay for the new shipment costs. If you do not contact us requesting to have the package re-shipped, we will assume you are forfeiting your order.
Cancelling or modifying orders:
- We can only cancel or modify orders if you have contacted us prior to the order being sent to production to be printed. For most orders, this is within a couple hours of the order being placed. Afterwards, they are sent to production to be made and can no longer be cancelled or changed..
- In some rare cases, we can attempt to modify an order after this timeframe. Please contact us to see if it is possible.
- There is a 7% restocking fee on all cancelled orders as we incur non-recoupable costs regardless of an order's fulfillment status.
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Details of your order so we can look it up. (E.g. order #, full name of person who placed the order)
- Briefly explain what you're wanting changed or cancelled.
- (If modifying an order) If we are unable to modify the order, would you like it cancelled or fulfilled as is? If you do not specify, we will choose.
Our exchange policy:
- Exchanges are offered if you would like the same design on a different size of the product previously ordered.
- You are responsible for a 12% restocking fee, shipping costs, taxes, any costs related to returning items, lost/mis-mailed packages you are returning to us, and the re-shipment of new items to you.
- Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Replacements will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused.
- Save the tracking number when sending us a package of items to exchange in case proof is needed of mailing.
- You may exchange as many items needing be exchanged, but may only exchange them one time. (e.g. no replacements for replacements)
- We will not re-ship returned items for any reason.
- We only offer exchanges for customers in the US at this time.
Exchange instructions (2 steps):
1.) Place a special order for the replacement items.
- Use the code "EXCHANGESONLY" in checkout(Copy/paste to avoid typos!). This will reduce the total cost to the 12% restocking fee, shipping costs, and any taxes. This code will only work when ordering with the email address used on your prior order.
- The above code is strictly for exchanges only and cannot be combined with other discounts. Using it for any non-exchange orders will result in the order being cancelled.
- Do not order additional items other than what is being replaced. These items will be removed from the order and will not shipped.
- If you want additional shirts, place an order for those separately. We cannot combine them to save on shipping costs.
- Your order may be cancelled if we do not receive your return items within 30 days of the order being placed, or your original order - whichever comes first.
2.) Return your items needing exchanged.
- Write your original order number somewhere clearly visible on the front of the package.
- Do not send via FEDEX. Packages sent via FEDEX will not be accepted.
- Be sure to have your FULL NAME on the "from" address.

That's it. After we've received both your replacement order and the returned items, we will ship out your new order usually within a few days. You will receive a shipping confirmation when it's in the mail.
